 I have 30+ years in the IT field with companies ranging from small retail businesses to fortune 500 corporations.  My experience ranges from direct technical support of end users, network administration and network installation to the implementation and management of systems integration projects covering multiple states and organizations.

My industry experience ranges from IT support of retail, accounting services and general contracting companies to package delivery, financial institution, banking organizations and high net worth family offices..

During my eight years with UPS my responsibilities ranged from problem resolution at the help desk level to Network Administration and Project Implementation management covering multiple locations throughout the state of Oklahoma.

In 2001 I joined Advanced Financial Solutions in Oklahoma City. During my time with AFS/Metavante I traveled to customer locations throughout the continental United States and Western Pacific, conducting hardware and network installations. I was promoted to Team Lead responsible for the management of the Systems Integration Team and for the management of the hardware implementation process.

Now my goal is to make available to small business the same quality of IT support available to large corporations at an affordable rate.
