Remote support provides for quick and cost-effective resolution of problems that do not require a scheduled, on-site visit.
Remote sessions are initiated by the client through my web site or “Calling Card” Icon on the users desktop. The entire remote support process is permission based, and the end user must explicitly grant permission to allow Remote View, Remote Control, File Transfer, and System Information access.
